Affiliate Marketing Offer Checklist
Imagine giving a newbie affiliate marketer a walkthrough of your campaign. you would want everything covered. what should you be tracking?
Whenever I am going to do an affiliate marketing Offer there is a lot of stuff to do. I create this article for you, so you can make sure, you have done all the things you need to have for the promotion, as well as for me so I am not forgetting things.
This checklist will grow over time. If you have any additions you want to add, feel free to leave them in the comments.
1. Prerequisites
In order to use this Affiliate Marketing Offer Checklist, you need of course have to be registered on the biggest affiliate networks.
So you start off to register an affiliate account on at least JVZoo, Warriorplus, and Clickbank.
The best affiliate network, with the best-known affiliate programs, is JVZoo
Now go to Muncheye.com and look for the latest launches.
Go to the affiliate promotion site, also referred as JV page, and sign up for the updates.
if you are new, make a friend request on Facebook, so they get to know you.
Sign up for the promotion through the link on the JV page, and request access for the product.
If you are new and have not made a lot of sales, chances are that you are going to be rejected !!!! This is not because the vendors don’t like you, but you have to earn trust because they have to handle refunds and fraudulent actions, PayPal disputes etc. Being accepted as an affiliate means that you have to gain the trust of the vendor. So in your request, make sure you include your Facebook profile, your blog, and other means to contact you.
if you have more than 50 sales on the specific platform, you may request review access, so you can create a review video. if you have less, but even bother the vendor to ask for it. Especially not in the application. Instead, BUY the frontend product.
2. Pre-launch
Cool, you now arrived at the pre-launch stage of the Affiliate Marketing Offer Checklist.
- Create a Bonus page and a Facebook bridge page
In order to have great conversions, it is essential to have a bonus page. THE best and simplest tool for that is Commission Gorilla, they have quality bonuses that you can give away. Also, the bonus delivery page is included. The bridge page I create in Igloo (Facebook doesn’t allow affiliate links, so you need to have a bridge page in place. With these tools, you don’t have to be worried that your pages will look good on mobile - Create tracking links for the bridge page, bonus page, bonus delivery page and sales page. Furthermore, create separate tracking links for email and other campaigns
The best tool for that is Clickmagick - Insert the Facebook and adroll pixels everywhere.
If you are using Clickmagick, you can do that automatically on every link you create. - Add the bonus delivery page inside the product of the affiliate network
- Grab the email swipes from the JV page and TOTALLY REWRITE them. Put the bonus page URL (the tracking link) in them.
For email, I use 2 platforms: GetResponse (a market leader and has integrations with almost everything) and the inhouse Easy-mails ( fabulous inboxing rate and CHEAP) - Schedule the emails to go out.
- Create a review video on youtube, with all the keywords.
- Write a review and include the Youtube video with a link to your bonus page. save it as a draft.
- include the video in the bonus page
- Prepare the Chatbot messages.
Because I hate to pay monthly fees for this, and there are a lot of restrictions, I bought Chat Lead Matrix for this . - Check that the buyers are added to my email list.
- TEST, TEST, TEST EVERYTHING !!!!!
3. Launch phase.
As soon as the launch date has begun, I add the following to my Affiliate Marketing Offer Checklist
- Publish the review post.
It will be automatically syndicated to the networks, Like Facebook fan page, Blogger, Tumblr, Twitter, Google+ etc. etc.. For that I use Syndlab - Create a Facebook post, including emotional and logical triggers
- Create an Instagram post
- Send out the Chatbot messages
- Check the open and click rates of the emails. Send out an extra email for the openers and clickers that didn’t convert.
- Submit the bonus page(s) to advertising networks.
- Check out A/B testing of emails and bonus pages to increase conversion rates
